Please apply for access registration first if you plan to reserve equipment or spaces.

Policy Guide and Agreement

1. Access
Only approved S-Card holders may access the facility. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
2. Equipment Hours
Equipment must be used during operating hours and within the approved reservation time.
3. Space Hours
Spaces may be used only during operating hours unless separately approved.
4. Personal Use
Use only the equipment or space reserved under your own name.
5. Duplicate Reservations
Please check the reservation status before submitting a reservation.
6. Output and Belongings
Users are responsible for their own output, materials, and belongings.
7. Cleanup
Stop work at closing time and clean the area before leaving.
