해동아이디어팩토리 목공작업실의 안전한 이용과 원활한 관리를 위해
아래 수칙을 반드시 준수해 주시기 바랍니다.

목공작업실 내 장비 리스트

1. 이용 자격 및 인원 제한

이용 자격: 해동아이디어팩토리 출입 권한(필수 강의 이수 완료) 보유자

인원 제한: 안전을 위해 실내 동시 수용 인원은 최대 5명으로 제한합니다.

숙련자 전용: 별도의 장비 교육이 제공되지 않습니다.

장비를 스스로 안전하게 다룰 수 있는 숙련자만 이용 가능하며,

미숙지로 인한 사고 및 파손 책임은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.

2. 이용 신청 및 퇴실 절차

시스템 예약: 아래 링크를 통해 희망 시간 예약 (구글 폼 운영 종료)

신청서 작성: 예약 후 구글 시트 '목공실 이용 신청서' 작성 (지도교수 확인 서명 필수)

최종 승인: 관리자의 서류 확인 및 승인 후 이용 시작

필수 퇴실 확인: 이용 종료 후, 퇴실 이전에 반드시 관리자에게 현장 점검

(청소 및 장비 상태)을 받아야 합니다. (단, 관리자 부재 시에만 예외 허용)

3. 주요 이용 및 안전 규정

개인 장비/자재: 개인 장비 반입은 가능하나, 종료 후 즉시 반출해야 합니다.

(시설 내 보관 절대 불가, 방치 시 임의 처분)

폐기물 처리: 작업 중 발생한 톱밥, 폐자재, 쓰레기는 시설 내 처리가 불가하므로

반드시 외부로 직접 반출하여 처리해야 합니다.

복장 규정: 안전을 위해 슬리퍼/샌들 착용 시 입장이 제한됩니다.

회전 기기 사용 시 장갑 착용은 엄격히 금지됩니다.

작업 소재: 못이 박힌 폐목재나 콘크리트, 석재 등 장비를 손상시킬 수 있는 소재 가공을 금지합니다.

4. 보유 장비 및 공구 현황

(모든 장비는 숙련자 자율 사용이 원칙입니다. )

■ 절단 및 대형 가공 장비

테이블 쏘: 판재/각재 정밀 절단용 (위험도 상)

판넬 쏘우 (CNC 밀링머신): 대형 판재 수직/수평 절단 및 정밀 가공

줄톱 (Scroll Saw): 곡선 절단 및 세밀한 가공용

■ 정밀 가공 장비

소형 밀링 (다주하이테크 DM45): 금속 및 목재 정밀 밀링

소형 선반 (다주하이테크 DML 270V): 원통형 부재 가공

■ 표면 및 연마 장비 (Makita 등)

라우터: 홈 파기 및 테두리(트리밍) 가공

사각 샌더 / 원형 샌더: 표면 연마 및 마무리용

디스크 샌더: 부재 측면 및 각도 연마용

■ 수공구 및 기타 설비

측정/수공구: 줄자, 직각자, 망치, 대패, 톱, 끌, 각종 드라이버 등

고정 공구: F클램프, 퀵클램프, C클램프, 바이스 등

기타: 집진기, 작업대, 에어 컴프레셔 등

5. 책임 소재 및 페널티 규정

손해 배상: 사용자 부주의로 인한 장비 파손 및 분실 시, 수리비 전액 또는

교체 비용은 사용자 본인이 부담합니다.

이용 제한: 아래 항목 위반 시 향후 최대 3개월간 이용 권한이 정지됩니다.

무단 불참(노쇼) 2회 이상 발생 시

청소 및 정리 상태 불량으로 2회 이상 지적 시

개인 물품 및 자재 무단 방치 시

모든 전동 공구의 전원 플러그를 뽑았는가?

바닥과 작업대의 톱밥 및 분진을 깨끗이 청소했는가?

사용한 수공구를 원래 위치에 모두 반납했는가?

본인의 개인 장비와 남은 목재를 모두 챙겼는가?

관리자에게 현장 확인을 요청했는가?

All users must read and comply with these regulations to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Woodworking Workshop Equipment List

1. Eligibility & Occupancy Limit

Eligibility: Only students who hold Haedong Idea Factory access authority

(must have completed the mandatory safety training) are permitted to use the facility.

Occupancy Limit: For safety and effective space management, the maximum

capacity is limited to 5 persons at a time.
Experienced Users Only: No equipment training is provided on-site.

Only experienced users who can safely operate the machinery

independently are allowed to book and use the facility.

(Users are solely responsible for any accidents or equipment

damage caused by lack of proficiency.)

2. Booking & Check-out Procedure

System Reservation: Book your preferred time slot via the link below.

(Google Form booking is no longer available.)

Application Form: After booking, complete the 'Woodworking Workshop Application Form' on Google Sheets. (Advisor professor's signature is mandatory.)

Final Approval: Access is granted only after the administrator reviews and approves the documents.

Mandatory Check-out: Before leaving, you must have the administrator inspect the site (cleanliness and equipment status). (Exceptions are only made if the administrator is absent.)

3. Safety & General Regulations

Personal Equipment/Materials: You may bring your own tools, but they must be removed

immediately after your session.

(Storage is strictly prohibited; abandoned items will be disposed of.)

Waste Disposal: Wood dust, scrap wood, and trash cannot be disposed of within the facility.

You must take all waste with you and dispose of it externally.

Dress Code: For safety, slippers and sandals are strictly prohibited.

Wearing gloves while operating rotating machinery is also strictly forbidden.

Material Restrictions: Processing scrap wood with nails, concrete, or stone—

which can damage the equipment—is strictly prohibited.

4. Equipment & Tools Status

(All equipment is for self-service by experienced users.

Consumables such as wood glue, sandpaper, and screws must be provided by the user.)

Table Saw: Precision cutting for boards/lumbers (High danger)

Panel Saw (CNC Milling Machine): Vertical/horizontal cutting and precision machining

for large panels

Scroll Saw: Curved cutting and detailed intricate work

■ Precision Machining Equipment

Small Milling Machine (Daju Hi-Tech DM45): Precision milling for metal and wood

Small Lathe (Daju Hi-Tech DML 270V): Cylindrical component machining

■ Surface & Sanding Equipment (Makita, etc.)

Router: Grooving and edge (trimming) processing

Orbital / Finishing Sanders: Surface sanding and finishing

Disc Sander: Side and angle sanding

■ Hand Tools & Other Facilities

Measuring/Hand Tools: Tape measures, squares, hammers, planes, saws, chisels, screwdrivers, etc.

Clamping Tools: F-clamps, Quick-clamps, C-clamps, vises, etc.

Miscellaneous: Dust collector, workbenches, air compressor, etc.

5. Liability & Penalty Policy

Compensation: Users are fully liable for repair or replacement costs for any equipment

damage or loss caused by negligence or lack of skill.

Access Restriction: Access may be suspended for up to 3 months for the following violations:

2 or more "No-shows" without prior notice.

2 or more warnings regarding poor cleaning or organization.

Leaving personal items or materials unattended.

Have you unplugged all power tools?

Have you cleaned all wood dust and debris from the floor and workbenches?

Have you returned all hand tools to their original locations?

Have you taken all your personal equipment and leftover wood?

Have you requested a final inspection from the administrator?
